Movement, yoga, mindfulness, music and breathing games allow this precious age to begin to cultivate and discover self-awareness.

Creative yoga play supports children in their development of balance, strength, coordination, confidence, imagination, cooperation in addition to both gross and fine motor skills.

Together we will learn how to engage and captivate preschoolers with animal poses, nature, storytelling and simple games.

Create themed short sequences and inspire moments of stillness in relaxation. The habits we plant at an early stage are the seeds for the potential of a healthy and joyful life.
